But just because they’ve always done it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the right rule to apply.
At Land Enterprises Roofing, we use the “platinum rule” as the standard for our customer service. The platinum rules state that you treat people the way they want to be treated.

While I may want you to greet me with a smile, small talk about the weather, and inquiries about my kids, you may prefer a smile, brief conversation, and then want me to get straight into the facts.
It’s essential that we get to know our customers, understand their personalities and communication styles, and identify their wants and needs. Our team spends time understanding our customers’ individual needs to provide the best service for them.
