Whether you’ve noticed a leak or you’re just doing your due diligence after a storm, scheduling a roof inspection can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. At Land Enterprises Roofing, we aim to make the process as stress-free and straightforward as possible, focusing on your needs and peace of mind.
The call that starts it all
When you call our office, we’ll ask a few questions to better understand your situation. Is there an active leak? Have you noticed any water spots inside the home? How old is your roof? The more we know upfront, the better we can tailor the inspection to your situation.
Depending on the issue, we may need to look inside the house or attic. Don’t worry; we’ll walk you through everything and let you know ahead of time what to expect.
We’ll let you know when we’re on the way
Communication is important to us. You’ll get a heads-up before our team arrives, and we’ll notify you when we’re pulling into the driveway. Our team is courteous, and while you’ll hear us working, it’s not overwhelmingly loud. We’ve had parents tell us their little ones can nap right through the inspection.
What we look for
Once on the roof, we’ll carefully inspect all major components: shingles, chimney, flashing, vent pipes, and any other vulnerable areas. We’re especially looking for signs of hail damage or general wear and tear that could lead to leaks.
Every roof is different, and our approach is always personalized. We focus on what you need, not on pushing a sale.
After the inspection
Once we’ve completed our inspection, we’ll walk you through what we found. If there are any issues, such as leaks or damage, we’ll explain the following steps, provide a detailed report with photos, and give you a clear, honest estimate for any recommended repairs.
We also thoroughly document the condition of your roof, which means you’ll always have a current record of its status. This record can be helpful for future planning, insurance, or resale.
If you need to file an insurance claim
If we do find damage that could qualify for a claim, we’re here to help. You’ll contact your insurance adjuster, and then we’ll meet them at your home to represent you. Our team will point out the damage, answer technical questions, and ensure nothing gets missed.
No pressure—ever
Not every inspection leads to repairs, and we’re perfectly happy when we don’t find damage. That means your roof is in good shape, and you can move forward without the stress of a claim or major work. Our goal is to give you clarity and confidence, not pressure.
At Land Enterprises Roofing, we believe in trust, transparency, and treating your home like our own. Ready to schedule an inspection? We’re here when you need us.
