Every member of the Land Roofing OKC team plays a part in how we serve our customers, and today, we’re excited to introduce you to one of the people you might meet out in the field: Caleb.

He’s approaching his first anniversary with us, and in that time, he’s already made a lasting impression — not just on our team, but on the homeowners he assists every week.

More than just a roof

When you meet Caleb at your home, you’ll notice right away that he’s not rushing through the job. His role includes inspecting more than just your shingles — he carefully evaluates the entire exterior of the home. This involves inspecting window screens, siding, gutters, and garage doors for signs of storm damage.

“It’s about painting the full picture,” Caleb explains. “When a homeowner has to file an insurance claim, they need documentation that shows all the damage, not just part of it. I want to help them get what they’re truly entitled to, not the bare minimum.”

He approaches every inspection with honesty and fairness. No pressure. No upselling. Just clear, thorough information you can trust.

A true team player

Around the office, Caleb is known not just for the way he works with customers but also for the way he supports the team.

“He is a servant,” says Paula Buford, our inside sales manager. “He goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Whether it’s taking a job last-minute or jumping in to support someone else, Caleb shows up.”

He also shines in an area that matters more than most people realize: documentation. Caleb consistently follows our inspection process to the letter, ensuring that photos, notes, and reports are organized and accurate, which is a huge help to both homeowners and insurance adjusters alike.

Focused, consistent, and full of heart

One thing that sets Caleb apart is his commitment to excellence. Whether he’s inspecting a roof, sending a report, or praying with a friend, he approaches everything he does with intention.

Caleb is currently attending Christian Life School of Theology and has just received his diploma — a significant milestone on his path toward earning a doctorate in the future. “I don’t plan on stopping,” he says, and if you’ve ever worked with him, you believe it.

Outside of work and school, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. They love being outside as a family, and Caleb is constantly experimenting with something new on the smoker.

“I’m from Texas originally,” he shares, “but Oklahoma has quickly become home.”
