Roof replacement workmanship warranty
Five-year workmanship guarantee
For full roof replacements, Land Enterprises Roofing provides a five (5) year workmanship warranty, beginning at the time of substantial completion of the project and upon payment in full.
If a roof leak occurs during this period and is determined to be the direct result of our team's faulty workmanship, we will repair the affected area at no charge.
This warranty applies only to the roofing work completed by Land Enterprises Roofing and is contingent on written notice being provided before the warranty period expires.
Roof repair workmanship warranty
One-year repair guarantee
For individual roof repairs, we provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty on the specific area repaired.
If a leak occurs in the same location where the repair was performed and the issue is related to our workmanship, we will correct it at no charge, provided we are notified in writing within the warranty period.
